Our agents and brokers significantly benefit from the strong bonded relationships we have with our lender partners, whom are the most important parts of the mortgage brokering business. Given the long extensive history and relationships MAO has among our industry partners, many exceptions are made to ensure we do not lose clients.

A successful mortgage career, is built on a strong support and training system. We believe it's important to provide continuous support through our team's mortgage career and in training our agents to be prepared for the challenges we face everyday in the mortgage broker business.

Must have completed mortgage agent course and/or an existing licensed mortgage agent.

All agents will be paid on commission only. We have a set commission split for our agents during their training period (First Five Mortgages) followed by a larger set amount moving forwards. We also have "total funded mortgage amount" tiers with additional commissions available once attained.
